The main page of NeilStuff.com should be a list of each section and the hot articles within, e.g. those with the most hits with that information being drawn from Tracksy CSV downloads. The index for each section folder will have a handful of hot items at the top, an alphabetical listing below that, and finally related links from my del.icio.us account tagged with both the section (i.e. “cpp”) and “neilstuff”.

These article lists will be an optional icon, title, description, and keywords. All of this information will be pulled from META tags in the case of HTML. For RTF-based articles the title will come from the filename, description from the X number of characters, and no keywords to start (later I’ll draw them out with a search).
