listserver: Square brackets not being removed from existing subject

For example, when Blogger sends out emails to all@fellowshipofthering.com it puts in a prefix of “[Fellowship of the Ring]” and then the email which the list server sends out has a subject of “[fellowship] [Fellowship of the Ring]” instead of "[fellowship] Fellowship of the Ring: ".
